How do I care for the leather strap?
STW WATCHES leather straps are designed and crafted of the finest materials available; as such we do recommend handling it with great care. While we do not have a specific product to recommend, the leather may be cleaned using a quality leather care lotion. We definitely suggest that you test the product of your choice on an inconspicuous area of the strap to make sure there is no adverse reaction. As with any cleaning product, please follow the label directions carefully. To maintain the appearance of your leather strap we recommend the following:

  • Treat the strap with care, and limit exposure to direct heat and sunlight
  • Keep strap dry, and avoid damp or wet surfaces
  • Care should be taken when using strap, as color transfer can occur
  • Do not use any chemical cleaners to care for your strap

Avoid magnetic fields that you are exposed to on a daily basis (i.e. microwave etc.), and direct sunlight.

Your timepiece should be cleaned with a soft cloth and water only.  In order to maintain the “new look” of bracelets, we recommend periodic cleanings of the bracelet. Dip a soft brush in warm soapy water and gently rub bracelet clean. We advised your timepiece served every 18-24 months to ensure long use and trouble free operations.

For a wet or damp strap to dry, leave it at normal room temperature, preferably even in a cool place. Avoid using a strong heat.
